We are excited to announce that the Department of Food Technology, Haldia Institute of Technology, Haldia is organizing a two - day National Seminar cum Workshop entitled “FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY MANAGEMENT: CURRENT STATUS, LIMITATION AND CHALLENGES- (FSQM 2018)” on October 5 & 11, 2018. It will serve as a great opportunity for all B. Tech. Food Technology students and food industry professionals to enrich themselves with a comprehensive understanding on relevance of Food Safety, Food Analysis and Quality Management related to Food and Allied Industries.
